Beck Family Foundation Entrepreneurship Scholarship
Is in honor of Emily Nolan and will be used to assist students majoring in Entrepreneurship and Business Development within the Cameron School of Business. The award will be made annually to a student entering his/her senior year who has been admitted to the Cameron School of Business and is majoring in Entrepreneurship and Business Development. The selection will be based on academic ability, as evidenced by a minimum of a 3.3 GPA and demonstrated extra-curricular leadership/involvement in campus activities and/or entrepreneurial endeavors.

Beth Dow Fortenbery Memorial Scholarship
Awarded anually to a female freshman student from North Carolina or Virginia who intends to major in business and is involved in an international program or course in the Cameron School of Business. The scholarship is renewable annually, at the discretion of the dean, if academin performance is within accepted guidelines

Cameron B2B Scholarships: CFCC
The Cameron B2B Scholarship fund was established to help improve opportunities for business students at Cape Fear Community College to become Cameron business majors. The student must have received an Associates Degree in Business from Cape Fear Community College. The scholarship is a merit award.

Centura Banks Honors Scholarships
Awarded annually to Cameron School of Business students. The scholarships are merit based as a first consideration, with need as a secondary factor. Recipients must have graduated from a high school located in a North Carolina county where there is an RBC Centura Banks branch.

Charles R. Long Scholarship Fund
Awarded to student(s) majoring in accountancy or philosophy and religion. Scholarship(s) will be awarded based on a prospective student’s need and academic potential as first priority. Leadership potential and citizenship shall be considered as additional factors in the selection process. Preference is given to students from southeast North Carolina.

Denis G. Carter Scholarship
Is considered a merit scholarship and the recipient will be selected on demonstrated academic ability in accordance with the university’s criteria for the award of merit scholarships. It is available to an incoming freshman at UNCW who has expressed interest in pursuing a major within the Cameron School of Business. Dixon Hughes Graduate Scholarship
Awarded to a student who has been accepted into the Cameron School of Business MSA program. The scholarship is a merit based award. * This scholarship is granted through MSA application/approval process, not by CSB Scholarship Committee.

Elwood Walker Scholarship
Awarded annually to a student accepted into the Masters of Science in Accountancy Program. The recipient must be academically gifted, have a strong character, and be supported by recommendations from the faculty of the Cameron School of Business. * This scholarship is granted through MSA application/approval process, not by CSB Scholarship Committee.

First Citizens Bank, SSB Scholarships
Awarded annually. Preference is given to students concentrating in economics or finance and to those who are high school graduates from New Hanover or Pender Counties. Renewable (two years max).

Frank Dunne, Jr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Awarded annually to a rising junior, senior, or graduate student who will be accepted in the Cameron School of Business. The recipient of the scholarship will be a deserving student of highly demonstrated scholastic ability, need, and strong character. The recipient must be supported by recommendations from the faculty of the Cameron School of Business.

Merit based scholarship awarded to a Cameron student enrolled in the International Business program.

Herbert and Gina McKim Scholarship
created by Mr. and Mrs. McKim and will be used to assist students who have majored in business at Cape Fear Community College and wish to pursue a baccalaureate degree in business in the Cameron School of Business at UNCW. The recipient must have been accepted into the Cameron School of Business and have graduated from Cape Fear Community College with a major in Business. The selection will be based on demonstrated academic ability, as evidenced by a minimum 3.0 GPA, with financial need as a secondary consideration.

Hughes Brothers, Inc. Scholarships
Awarded annually to incoming freshmen who plan a business concentration, and cover tuition, fees, books, housing, and meals. The scholarship criteria are: 1) graduated from an approved North Carolina high school, 2) academic ability, 3) need, and 4) high potential for leadership. Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina Inc. Scholarship Fund
Awarded to a rising junior or senior in the Cameron School of Business with a demonstrated interest towards a career in insurance. Preference is given to applicants who are North Carolina residents.

Information Systems and Operations Management Scholarship
Established in recognition of the faculty, is awarded annually on the basis of scholastic ability and recommendations by the faculty to a junior or senior who has indicated interest in the field of information systems or operations management.

Institute for Innovation Scholarship
Awarded annually and is considered a merit scholarship. Selection will be based on demonstrated academic ability and in support of the University’s stated commitment to diversity. This Scholarship is available to a student of the Cameron School of Business with a minimum GPA of 3.0

Institute of Management Accountants Wilmington Chapter Scholarship Fund
Awarded annually to a rising junior or senior majoring in accounting. Primary criteria are scholastic merit and recommendation by the faculty.

J.W. Jackson Scholarship Fund
Awarded annually to rising junior, senior, or graduate students in the Cameron School of Business. The scholarships are designed for students with high academic potential. Students awarded this scholarship are eligible to reapply.

James C. Braye Scholarship
Is created by Malcomb Coley to honor James C. Braye. The scholarship is intended to support the University’s commitment to maintaining a campus environment that values a rich diversity of human beings among its faculty, staff, and students. This diversity scholarship will be awarded to a student(s) accepted into the Cameron School of Business. It is considered a merit scholarship and the recipient(s) will be selected on demonstrated academic ability in accordance with the University’s criteria for the award of merit scholarships.

Joanne Rockness MSA Scholarship
Awarded annually to a student accepted into the Cameron School of Business and the MSA program. The scholarship is considered a merit scholarship with financial need being secondary consideration. Awarded by CSB Scholarship Committee and MSA director.

John A. Marts Business Scholarship
Awarded to a married, full-time student in the Cameron School of Business. The recipient is to be employed at least part-time during a majority of any year in which the award is received. Preference will be given to an accounting major with a GPA of at least 2.5.

Joseph Lewis King Scholarship
Awarded annually to a female student who has been accepted into the Cameron School of Business. The scholarship is merit based and is renewable contingent upon high academic performance. Preference is given to students majoring in Marketing.

June and Turner Johnson Scholarship
Considered a need-based scholarship subject to the criteria and guidelines adopted by the university in determining financial need. The scholarship is limited to graduates from one of the New Hanover County high schools (public or private). The student must be accepted into the Cameron School of Business and must have chosen to major in accountancy.

Lower Cape Fear Human Resource Scholarship Fund
Established for students planning to concentrate in the study of management with a special interest in HR, is awarded annually on the basis of scholastic ability, financial need and recommendations by faculty.

Awarded annually to a rising junior or senior in the Cameron School of Business who demonstrates scholastic ability and strong character.

Mary R. King Memorial Scholarship
Merit-based scholarship for female students who are rising juniors or seniors in the Cameron School of Business. Recipients must have graduated from a high school in southeast North Carolina.

McGladrey & Pullen Graduate Scholarship
Awarded to a student who has been accepted into the MSA program in the Cameron School of Business. The scholarship is a merit based award. * This scholarship is granted through MSA application/approval process, not by CSB Scholarship Committee.

Michael W. Ward Family Scholarship
Awarded to a student who has been accepted into the Cameron School of Business and is participating in an international program or course. The scholarship is merit based and the recipient will be selected based on demonstrated academic ability.

Norman R. Kaylor Endowed Scholarship
Awarded annually to a rising junior, senior, or graduate student who will be accepted in the Cameron School of Business. In recognition of Dr. Kaylor’s contributions to Cameron, the recipient of the scholarship will be a deserving student with proven scholastic achievement, leadership qualities, and exemplary moral and ethical character.

Awarded to a students who has been accepted into the Cameron School of Business majoring in economics, finance, management, accounting or marketing. The scholarship is merit based with financial need being secondary consideration.

Awarded to students who have been accepted into the Cameron School of Business Masters of Science in Accountancy Program. The recipient must be a resident of eastern North Carolina or a county in which Pittard, Perry & Crone, Inc. maintains an office.* This scholarship is granted through MSA application/approval process, not by CSB Scholarship Committee.

Purchasing Management - Association of Carolinas-Virginia Scholarship
Awarded annually to a student with an indicated interest in the field of purchasing management. Special consideration is given to students who have selected the operations management option in the business systems major.

Robert F. Warwick Accounting Scholarship
Merit based scholarship awarded to a Cameron School of Business student (graduate or undergraduate) majoring in Accounting.

Roger P. Hill Scholarship
Awarded annually to a rising junior or senior business student on the basis of scholastic ability, character, and recommendations by the faculty. Special consideration is given to non-traditional students beginning or returning to academic study.

Sally R. Wilkins Scholarship
Awarded annually to a female student pursuing a business or professional career. Applicants must have clearly designed academic goals and be able to demonstrate financial need.

Shelia Adams International Business Scholarship
Awarded annually to a student involved in the Cameron School of Business International Programs. Preference is given to Freshmen and/or students in the TransAtlantic Business School Alliance. The scholarship is a merit based award.

Stephen and Kathleen Kelbley Scholarship
Primarily merit-based and is awarded annually to a rising junior or senior in the Cameron School of Business. Need, exemplary moral character, and leadership potential serve as secondary considerations.

Wachovia Bank Scholarship
A diversity scholarship awarded to an undergraduate or graduate student who has been accepted into the Cameron School of Business. The scholarship recipient will be selected based on demonstrated academic ability. The award may be renewed subject to the scholarship committee's recommendation.

Warren Gulko Memorial Scholarship
Awarded to a rising junior or senior in the Cameron School of Business majoring in operations management or information systems. The scholarship is considered a merit scholarship with financial need being a secondary consideration. Proven academic performance, strong moral character and leadership is the primary factor in determining the recipient.

William J. and Jacqueline S. Warwick Scholarship
Awarded to a student who has been accepted in to the Cameron School of Business and must qualify as an in-state student. The recipient may be an undergraduate or graduate student. The selection will be based on demonstrated academic ability, as evidenced by a minimum 3.3 GPA. The scholarship is renewable, and the selection committee shall give preference to a recipient who continues to qualify for the scholarship until graduation.
