Biography Dr. Magnus’ research interests include work/family conflict, team cognition and communication,whistleblower retaliation, counterproductive work behaviors, and organizational training. Dr. Jessica Magnus teaches in the Human Resource Management area. Dr. Magnus has worked as a Human Resource Manager for a national consulting firm and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Her work has been published in Human Performance, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal Business Ethics, and Journal Of Labor Research.
