Biography Dr. Sackley has been a professor of Finance at CSB since 1999. Prior to joining the faculty, he was a Professor at the University of Southern Mississippi. He was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 1996. At the present time he is also serving as Director for the Center for Business and Economics Services.
