Biography Dr. Howe has been a Professor of Marketing at Cameron since 1988. He served as Associate Dean from 1994-1999, and as the Department Chair from 1992-1994. Prior to joining the faculty at CSB, he was at the University of Georgia. Dr. Howe was also the Market Manager at Ford Motor Company.
