Dr. Keating has been a Professor at CSB since 1985. Prior to joining the faculty, he was an instructor at Kent State University, Akron University, Baldwin-Wallace College, Ashland College and St. Louis Community College. Dr. Keating was also a Department Manager for May Department Stores in St. Louis, MO, and is a Certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Trainer.
